About our presenter
Amy Arthur, MA, PCC
Executive & Leadership Coach
Amy Arthur is an executive coach and organizational development consultant based in Eagle, Colorado, with over 25 years of experience in leadership and team development. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Her strengths-based coaching approach is grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience, and strengths-based leadership, helping leaders and teams build on what’s already working to drive meaningful results. Amy works with individuals, teams, and organizations through coaching, workshops, and retreats.
Amy has coached hundreds of leaders across healthcare, life sciences, and technology industries, giving her deep insight into the challenges of fast-paced, evolving environments. She is especially passionate about supporting women leaders—helping them advance their careers, lead with confidence, and create sustainable success without burnout.
She has also worked extensively with organizations throughout the Vail Valley for over 20 years, bringing both global experience and strong local connection to her work.
