At USE, we have led the development of several AI-powered systems to streamline and enhance the international recruitment and training experience. These include J1Helper, an AI tool that generates fully compliant training plans for Internship and Trainee programs in minutes rather than hours; the USE LMS, a scalable learning platform for participants and internal teams; and a series of essential training videos—including a flagship module that teaches applicants how to research employers, locations, and logistics before applying. We also spearheaded the creation of SAM I, an AI mentor that provides applicants with personalized feedback to improve interview readiness, and SAM II, a next-gen pre-screening agent that identifies top candidates so recruiters can focus only on the best of the best.
